About AndPlus Design
AndPlus Design is a Worcester, MA based web design and internet marketing company dedicated to helping small businesses become established on the World Wide Web. We serve clients in various states and industries. AndPlus was founded and incorporated as a Massachusetts based LLC in 2004. Our management and engineers are experienced in implementing various development technologies and have tackled hundreds of projects from start to finish over the years of our existence.
Our Team
Meaghan Rafferty is AndPlus Design’s Project Manager, in charge of handling day to day communications with clients. Meaghan holds a B.S. from Michigan State University and has been involved with AndPlus Design since May, 2009. Her involvement in projects include project management, customer support and training, and account management. All engineers, managers, and designers report to Meaghan directly throughout the progression of projects.
Sean Mahoney is the founder and owner of AndPlus Design, LLC. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Minor in Computer Science. He also holds a M.S. in Information Technology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. His involvement in projects include personnel management, PHP development, and development consulting. Sean is currently additionally serving as Program Director at Boston University Center for Digital Imaging Arts for the Web Development program.
Daniel Church is AndPlus Design’s lead Software Engineer. He spent several years writing custom software primarily responsible for handling thousands of real estate related transactions daily. Dan brings invaluable experience in designing large and efficient software systems. He develops software using C++, PHP, ASP, .NET, VB, and a myriad of other languages and platforms. He is currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science at RPI.
Andrew Huang joined AndPlus Design as a consultant in late 2009. After many successful projects, Andrew joined AndPlus Design as the lead PHP Developer and never looked back. His contributions to our common codebase have allowed us to continually decrease costs for our clients and increase the effectiveness (and quality!) of our delivered solutions.
Giuseppe Contini is AndPlus Design’s Product Development Manager. He holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, with a concentration in technological innovation. His role consists of activities related to creating new products and services including market research, meeting with clients to discuss requirements, working with our software engineers and designers, and ensuring that milestones and are thoroughly understood and met accordingly.
Our company’s design team is filled with talent and experience. Custom design layouts for clients are predominantly the combined efforts of our main designers, Shaun Moynihan and John Paul Atienza.
Our strength lies in our ability to diagnose our clients’ needs with that of their business. Then we manage the implementation process from start to finish.
